 Any business that relies on the patronage from friends and family for it’s prosperity is bound to pack up sooner than expected because , such business rely solely on emotional patronage for continuous existence and growth.
 For a business to thrive, its customers must chase value, get value for their money and not necessarily patronize your business because of emotional attachments and some unfounded feelings of entitlement. 
 The secret to organic business growth is value creation and in the service industry where service experiences are difficult to distinguish; friendly encounter at point of service delivery to clients is a game changer; though the same service is rendered by competitors but that friendly experience will stick to the memory of the customer and he/she will definitely be willing to have such experience again, that way such customer becomes loyal to your brand. 
 Another deal maker for business is rendering little but unsolicited advice on how best the customer can enjoy maximum utility from the purchase of the product or giving them the best combination of other goods (joint demand) that guarantees more satisfaction at efficient prices.
